in Peoria and Bloomington Normal, IL. In
Peoria, The Vitamin Shoppe (3,500 sf) will anchor a
9,000 sf outlot building, and (3,500 sf) in Bloomington-Normal,
of a 6,000 sf outlot building. Both projects
are being developed by Wichita, KS based Oatman Bundy
Development.

is representing Retro Fitness
Corp. with its Maryland
expansion.
We now represent
Francesca's Collections in Florida. We are seeking
sites in lifestyle centers and active street retail
venues throughout the entire state.
In conjunction
with its Development Partners, Katz & Associates
is leasing projects totaling 1.2 million sf. Projects
include, Rushmore Crossing, in Rapid City, SD; The
Shoppes at Castle Rock, in Castle Rock, CO; and East
Viking Plaza, in Cedar Falls, IA.
We now represent
Bonefish Grill in Palm Beach County.

is currently leasing Reynolda
Village, a 60,000 sf. retail center with a
collection of boutique shops and Village Tavern. Located
at the entrance to Wake Forest University, we have
several small spaces available for lease.
Restaurants
Unlimited continues its expansion into the Denver MSA
with representation by Katz & Associates.
Wake
Union Place is a proposed 393,000 sf power center
to be built in Wake Forest, NC (a Raleigh submarket). Proposed
anchors will include a 90,000 sf fashion department
store, major electronics, crafts, fashion, sporting
goods, shoes, restaurants and other service oriented
retailers. Planned opening is
Summer 2010.
