a rapidly growing national retail real estate
firm, announces the addition of Mitchell's Formal
Wear to its ever expanding client roster, according
to Daniel B. Katz, President.
Katz will handle national
and regional real estate transactions for AfterHours
by Mitchell's, one of the company's exclusive
trade ventures. AfterHours by Mitchell's is
a division of Mitchell's responsible for renting
and selling men's formal wear. Their stores
are primarily featured in mall locations. Based
in Atlanta, the company currently has approximately
200 stores in the Northeast and Southeast.
Upcoming growth will occur east of the Mississippi.
This assignment is being handled by Marty Hennessy,
Vice President, Southern Region, Katz & Associates.
