Pearl River, NY (December, 2006): Katz & Associates is pleased to announce the hiring of Meredith M. Housman as Director of Real Estate, Southeast Region, effective December 7, 2006. Ms. Housman is based out of our Boca Raton office.

Her market knowledge and enthusiastic attitude will allow her to become immediately effective in assisting our clients with their expansion plans.”

Meredith has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 1999. Prior to joining Katz & Associates, Meredith worked as Regional Leasing Manager for Ramco-Gershenson, a Detroit-based REIT. Based in Boca Raton, FL, she was responsible for the leasing efforts for a portfolio of thirteen shopping centers throughout Florida. Prior to Ramco-Gershenson, Meredith was based in Boston, MA as a Retail Leasing Representative with Edens & Avant. Her responsibilities included overseeing the leasing efforts for a portfolio of properties throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.

Meredith holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and Spanish from Wofford College. She is an active member of ICSC and has worked on several Next Generation committees.
