Pearl River, NY (August, 2005): Katz & Associates is pleased to announce the hiring of Jesse Rehmeier as Director of Real Estate, Western Region, effective August 8, 2005. Mr. Rehmeier will be based out of our Los Angeles office.

"Jesse's solid backround in multiple areas of the real estate business, as well as the strong personal relationships he has developed, will make him a valuable asset to our company."

Prior to joining the Katz and Associates team, Jesse directed the efforts in the western region for the market planning, negotiation and acquisition of real property for the expansion of the restaurant concepts of Brinker International. Jesse holds many store opening records in the company’s history. Prior to Brinker International, he served as Asset Manager & Real Estate Manager for Tricon Global Restaurants, Inc and Carl Karcher Enterprises where Jesse was responsible for the management of the Real Estate portfolio for the company in the west and the acquisition of real property for the various restaurant concepts. In addition, Jesse worked at the Resolution Trust Corporation. He was responsible for the marketing, sales and liquidation of commercial REO assets of failed Savings and Loans throughout the Western United States. In Mr. Rehmeier’s various positions throughout his 15 year real estate career, he has acquired exceptional skills in strategic market planning and the tactical execution of real estate plans.

Mr. Rehmeier holds a B.S. degree in Real Estate from Arizona State University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
