Pearl River, NY (March, 2005): Katz & Associates is pleased to announce the hiring of Julie Gardner as Director of Real Estate, Southern Region, effective April 4, 2005. Ms. Gardner will be based out of our Charlotte office and will assist our clients in the North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia markets.

Ms. Gardner has been in real estate since 1992. She was a partner at the Shopping Center Group and most recently a broker with Keith Corporation in Charlotte. Ms. Gardner is a licensed broker in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. She earned her BA in Business Administration and Studio Art at Queens College, Charlotte, North Carolina.
