Anchor tenants include: Sears Great Indoors, Bed Bath & Beyond, TJ Maxx, Best Buy and Jewel/Osco.

Carter's is slated to open a 4,000 square foot store in Lincoln Park Centre in Fall of 2003. Located at the intersection of North Avenue, Clybourn & Halsted, Carter's will join Border Books and Viking in a densely populated, upscale urban location.

Carter's has also been active in the state of Michigan where they have recently opened a 4,000 square foot store in the Hunter's Square Shopping Center in Farmington Hills, MI. Anchor tenants in the center include: Old Navy, Marshall’s, Loehmann's, Bed Bath & Beyond, TJ Maxx and Michaels and are slated to open a 3,600 square foot store in Troy Commons in Troy, Michigan joining Loehmann's and Syms.
