Pearl River, NY (June, 2002): Katz & Associates is pleased to announce the hiring of Michael Zoob as Vice President of Real Estate, Western Region. Mike will be based in our Lake Forest, CA office and will report to John Beaney, Senior Vice President of Real Estate, Western Region.

“We are pleased to have someone with Mike’s experience as part of our West Coast team,” quotes John Beaney. “Mike’s retail experience will enhance the level of service we provide to our clients.” Mr. Zoob will provide representation for selected Katz & Associates’ national clients throughout the western region. Previously, he was Vice President at Northwest Atlantic Real Estate Services and worked there as Director of the Southern California Region. Prior to that, he worked for Grubb and Ellis for fourteen years.

Mr. Zoob holds a BS degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance and specialization in Real Estate. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds a California Real Estate License.
