Pearl River, NY (January, 2003): Katz & Associates is pleased to announce the hiring of Jeffrey E. Bruk as Director of Real Estate, New England. Jeff will be based in our new Massachusetts office and will report to Kurt Schneider, Senior Vice President of Real Estate, Northeast Region.

"Jeff brings strong retail tenant representation skills to our group along with his marketing and leasing expertise. Jeff's knowledge of the New England market fits perfectly with our expanding representation in the region," notes Schneider. Our new office is located at 790 Turnpike Street in North Andover, MA.

Prior to joining Katz, Jeff worked for Finard & Company, LLC as a Leasing Associate and Vice President of the Retail Tenant Division. During his tenure at Finard, Jeff developed and managed the Retail Tenant Division. He was responsible for leasing and marketing over 20 shopping centers. In addition, Jeff worked with a major life insurance company on the disposition of a foreclosed center and renegotiated many of its leases.

Mr. Bruk holds a BA degree in Arts and Sciences from Northeastern University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
