Katz has signed a national exclusive agreement to handle all retail real estate transactions for Carter's, a marketer of premium infant's and children's apparel. The stores, which will be approximately 4,000 - 4,500 square feet in size will be located in dominant retail centers. Currently, Carter's operates four retail stores located in New Jersey, Connecticut, and Illinois.
