Pearl River, NY (May, 2003): Katz & Associates, the nation’s largest real estate company dedicated exclusively to retail, is pleased to announce that Red Brick Pizza recently signed a lease for 1,900 square feet at Torringdon Market at Ballantyne in Charlotte, North Carolina. This will be the second store for the chain in the market. The center is under construction at the intersection of I-485 and Johnson Road and offers Red Brick Pizza a great opportunity to penetrate the high growth area of South Charlotte. The Sandwich Club signed a lease on their second location in downtown Charlotte. They will be taking 1,950 square feet at The Green, a mixed-use project developed by Wachovia. They plan to open for business in September.

Soho Bistro has signed a lease for 2,800 square feet at Latta Pavillion in the heart of the Dilworth neighborhood in Charlotte, North Carolina. Soho Bistro will offer full service Asian cuisine, including a sushi bar. The design will be eclectic with an Asian influence and will cater to the surrounding neighborhood. The restaurant is expected to open in the fall.
