Hancock Fabrics, Inc. is a retail and wholesale merchant of fabric and related home sewing and decorating accessories. The company operates 432 retail stores in 42 states, supplies various independent wholesale customers and operates an Internet store. A typical Hancock Fabrics store has 13,000 to 15,000 sf with a minimum 80' ft of frontage. Stores will generally be located in the center of regional retail nodes. Preferred sites are freestanding, inline strip centers or exterior mall locations with high traffic and good visibility.
