As some of our core clients have slowed their real estate programs to re-tool and deal with economic headwinds, we have taken the opportunity to further certain initiatives and begin new relationships. While clients such as Linens ‘n Things, Cost Plus World Market and Loehmann’s continue to selectively open new locations, we have now been able to accommodate new assignments. Some of these are highlighted in the newsletter and others such as Kohl’s, Barnes & Noble and The Vitamin Shoppe will be the subjects of future articles. We continue to be actively engaged in select development opportunities and have taken on several new leasing assignments. We are looking forward to the ICSC Convention next month.
