Nicole Fontaine serves as an experienced Director of Leasing and Sales at Katz & Associates. Ms. Fontaine has 18 years of demonstrated real estate experience drawing upon her previous experience and successes as Broker/Sales Director of her own company, Vertical Unlimited Realty, where she hired, trained and managed a successful team of 11 Real Estate Sales Associates. She focuses on new development, mix-use leasing, sales, transaction implementation, and retail tenant and landlord representation throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties with an emphasis in areas including: Downtown Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Downtown Fort Lauderdale and Downtown West Palm Beach. As a South Florida native, Ms. Fontaine has an intimate knowledge of the South Florida Market, deep community ties and numerous professional contacts. Her expertise includes landlord representation, canvassing, cold calling, contract negotiations, strategic asset marketing, financial forecasting and budget management.

Ms. Fontaine started her career in real estate with The Related Group, selling on-site luxury condominiums throughout West Palm Beach and Fort Myers, FL. She then began her retail brokerage career as an associate on CBRE’s retail specialty team in Naples, Florida, where she developed and implemented marketing and leasing sales strategies for 1.5 million square feet of retail development. She moved back to the East Coast of Florida and was a Broker Associate for Stiles Corporation in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she was recognized as “Power Broker” two consecutive years in a row and in 2017 for performing above and beyond in the top five percentile of Sales Associates in the county. Prior to joining Katz & Associates, Ms. Fontaine served as a retail specialist in the CBRE Boca Raton, Florida Office, where she successfully represented and built strong relationships with national tenants and institutional owners.
