Since 1993, Marlon Stone has been dedicated to the dual disciplines of Tenant Representation and Shopping Center Leasing.  Since joining Katz & Associates in 2001, Stone has negotiated multiple deals for Linens ‘n Things, Loehmann’s, Cost Plus World Market, Shoe Carnival, Big Lots, Party City, Road Runner Sports, Carters-OshKosh, Timberland and The Vitamin Shoppe.

As a leasing Agent, Stone has completed over 800,000 square feet of retail transactions, on behalf of Midland Atlantic Properties, MRV, Inc., Oatman Bundy Development, IBT Group and Rubin-Pachulski Properties.

Most recently, Stone secured the exclusive brokerage representation for Barnes and Noble (MI, OH, IN), DEB Shops (IL, OH, ND, SD), Kohl’s Department Store (KY), TJ Maxx (KY), and The Vitamin Shoppe’s entry into Minnesota.

Marlon Stone is a graduate from the University of Michigan’s School of Literature, Science and the Arts, and, as Senior Vice President for Katz & Associates, manages all brokerage services within the company’s 17 state Midwest Region.
