Scott Sher serves as Katz & Associates Director of Real Estate for the Northeast Region. Mr. Sher is responsible for real estate expansion and disposition of select clients. His knowledge and expertise in leasing and project development contribute to the demand of this high-growth major market.

Prior to getting into real estate, Scott worked as an Account Executive for Qwest Communications, winning the title as top sales person of the Pacific Region securing over 150 million in 2002.  Prior to joining Katz & Associates, Scott was Director of Leasing with Anderson Realty Services. He was responsible for analyzing markets as well as leasing new and existing retail centers.  Scott has closed several deals while working in the industry with major retailers such as Rite Aid, PetSmart, Furla, Ann Taylor and Chico’s. 

Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of Arizona. He is an active member of ICSC.
