Roger Moss joined Katz & Associates in 2010 as a broker associate. Based in Jacksonville, Roger will assist the firm with tenant representation, asset management and investment sales.

Since 1986, Roger has held senior positions with both retailers and developers. Spearheading expansion for Woolworth and later Skechers USA, he opened over 500 new stores from Honolulu to Manhattan. As an asset manager, Roger leased regional malls, community and outlet centers, MXD projects and office buildings nationally. He redeveloped more than 50 properties, including the historic Dole Cannery and Del Amo Fashion Center.

A Californian, Roger studied medieval history at UC Berkeley, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He later graduated from Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco. Roger is a member of the California Bar and a licensed real estate broker in California, Florida and South Carolina.
