Patricia Werhahn joined Katz & Associates in January 2012. Patricia's responsibilities include new business development, tenant representation and third party leasing assignments. In addition to her role at Katz & Associates, Patricia also is CEO of BW Finance, Inc., a real estate investment company that manages office and retail buildings.

Patricia was born and raised in Switzerland and began her career in Shanghai, China as a financial associate for Zwilling J.A. Henckels International, the world’s leading manufacturer of high quality knives. After obtaining an MBA from the Wharton School, she joined Weingarten Realty as a Leasing Executive where she was responsible for leasing 12 shopping centers consisting of approximately 2 million square feet. Patricia ranked consistently with the top producers of Weingarten bringing in $1.2 million to $1.7 million in revenue per year. Patricia has completed deals with Winn-Dixie, ULTA, Big Lots, PNC, Sally Beauty, Comcast and other national and local tenants.

Patricia is a licensed real estate salesperson in Florida and is an active member of ICSC and ICSC Next Generation. In addition she serves on the Board of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beach, on the advisory board for NOVA Southeastern University’s Master of Science in Real Estate Development program and on the Executive Board of the Wharton Club of South Florida.
