Claudine McGinnity serves as Vice President of Operations at Katz & Associates. In this capacity, Ms. McGinnity oversees all operational and personnel aspects of the firm. Ms. McGinnity manages all operations of Katz Associates' regional offices as well as overseeing and directing the information systems functions, directing support staff and acting as a chief liaison between clients and the Katz & Associates team. She works to establish systems of communication and to streamline workflow between senior management and clients. Additionally, Ms. McGinnity is responsible for all of the firm's human resources.

Before joining the Katz & Associates team, Ms. McGinnity served as the Executive Assistant/Administrative Manager at Basswood Partners, LLC, a Hedge Fund in New York City for 5 years. Her main responsibilities at Basswood were to support the entire office and assist in all aspects of the business. Claudine was responsible for overseeing the back office and acted as a liaison between Basswood and their investors / prospects. Prior to this position, she worked as an administrative assistant at Vornado Realty Trust.

Claudine McGinnity graduated Cum Laude from Rutgers University in 1994 with a B.A. in English. She is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
