Lynda Nagy joined Katz & Associates in January 2012 and brings 18 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. Lynda’s responsibilities will include new business development, tenant representation and third party leasing assignments.
Prior to joining the Katz & Associates team, Lynda was Vice President of Acquisitions & Dispositions for Century Retail, a commercial/residential developer based in Lakeland, Florida. She focused primarily on site selection for retail and joint venture development as well as dispositions of excess land in the Southeastern United States. Her clients included Publix, CVS, Dollar General, ABC Liquor Stores and JPMorgan Chase.
Prior to joining Century Retail, Lynda held leasing positions with Konover Property Trust and Veranda Partners. She was responsible for leasing over 1M square feet and worked on redevelopment projects as well as specialty centers. Lynda has worked and completed deals with Beall’s Outlet, Pizza Hut, Bice Ristorante, Johnny Rockets and Kilwin’s.
Lynda is a licensed real estate salesperson in Florida and has been an active member of ICSC since 1994.
