Lindsey Alexander brings 11 years of experience to Katz & Associates. Lindsey will work with several of Katz & Associates' clients in Florida including Panera Bread, GameStop, Hair Cuttery, Dollar General, Salonz Beauty Suites and leasing for Forest City in addition to growing the Landlord representation business.
Prior to joining the Katz & Associates team, Lindsey was a Vice President of Leasing with Woolbright Development, a shopping center developer based in Boca Raton, Florida. In addition, Lindsey managed the West Coast and Boca Raton leasing teams that leased in excess of 250,000 square feet in 2007 and 180,000 in 2008, respectively. Lindsey was also responsible for creating value through remerchandising and redevelopment opportunities within the company's portfolio. In 2006 Lindsey was named one of the Top Women in Real Estate by the Florida Real Estate Journal.
Prior to joining Woolbright Development, Lindsey worked for Cushman & Wakefield, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and was named Rookie of the Year. During Lindsey's tenure at C&W, Lindsey was involved with the roll-out and expansion of MetroPCS and Ked's, and specialized in the leasing of shopping centers for institutional and private owners. Lindsey began her career with CB Richard Ellis in Indianapolis in 1999 where she represented Guitar Center with its first store in Indianapolis and specialized in retail leasing for institutional and private owners.
Lindsey holds a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing from Butler University, located in Indianapolis, Indiana, a real estate license in Florida and is an active member of the ICSC.
