For over a decade, Jeanne Stewart has distinguished herself through the completion of complex real estate transactions including high profile anchor deals with Whole Foods, Kohl’s, Nordstrom Rack, and TJX Companies. Jeanne’s understanding of site selection, development, and leasing has endeared her to retail companies requiring expert analysis to translate their brand through brick and mortar real estate.
Since joining Katz, Jeanne has been responsible for recruiting big box and specialty retail, providing analysis in asset management, workouts, shopping center leasing, acquisition, and sales, serving to expand Katz’s consulting services group.
One of Jeanne’s more recent and noteworthy transactions included the sale and redevelopment of the former Rock L’s by negotiating a lease for the first Five Guys location in downtown Oak Park, IL.
A graduate from Michigan State University, School of Arts, Jeanne works in the Midwest office.
