Prior to joining Katz and Associates, Hugh was Senior Vice President of Linens ‘n Things, where over the past twenty years managed both real estate and store operations. During his tenure he managed all store development departments including: Real Estate, Construction, Store Planning, Facilities/Maintenance, Legal and Lease Administration. Under Hugh’s direction over 600 stores were opened within the United States and Canada.

Before Linens, Hugh served as Vice President of Operations for Alcott and Andrews overseeing the Store Operations, Real Estate and many other support departments in this start up woman’s fashion chain. Hugh also held various senior management positions at both The Gap and Banana Republic.

Hugh holds a B.S. in Marketing/Management from Saint Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Hugh has been a member of the ICSC for over 20 years. He has participated on panels representing the retailer to developers, financial institutions and the trades.
