Meredith Housman serves as Director of Real Estate, Southeast Region at Katz & Associates. Meredith works with several Katz' clients including Jamba Juice, Movie Stop & Game Stop, Shoe Carnival, Francesca's Collections and Hair Cuttery.  In addition, Meredith oversees our landlord leasing assignments in the State of Florida and is currently leasing projects totaling more than 700,000 SF.

Meredith has worked in retail real estate since 1999. Prior to joining Katz & Associates, Meredith worked as Regional Leasing Manager for Ramco-Gershenson, a Detroit-based REIT. Based in Boca Raton, FL, she was responsible for the leasing efforts for a portfolio of thirteen shopping centers throughout Florida. Prior to Ramco-Gershenson, Meredith was based in Boston, MA as a Retail Leasing Representative with Edens & Avant. Her responsibilities included overseeing the leasing efforts for a portfolio of properties throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. Meredith received an award at Edens & Avant for producing the highest rent growth in 2005.

Meredith holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and Spanish from Wofford College. She is an active member of ICSC and has worked on several Next Generation committees.
