Gavin Walsh joined Katz & Associates in 2010 and brings 6 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm.  Gavin works with several of Katz & Associates’ retailer clients throughout the Carolinas including CATO, Pet Supermarket and Avenue.  In addition, Gavin handles third party leasing assignments.

Prior to joining Katz & Associates, Gavin worked for Cushman & Wakefield’s affiliate office, Commercial Carolina, in Charlotte from 2006 to 2010.  While at Commercial Carolina, Gavin worked in both tenant representation and agency leasing capacities for clients including The North Face, Bang & Olufsen, Red Bowl Asian Bistro, KSJ Development, Gramercy Capital and Archon. Before moving to Charlotte, Gavin worked for Channel Partners, LLP in Detroit undertaking acquisition and repositioning assignments.

Gavin received his bachelor’s degree in Finance with concentration in Real Estate from Western Michigan University.  A licensed broker in North and South Carolina, he enjoys spearheading new projects and initiating stakeholder activities across disciplines for developers, investors and tenants.
