Gary Housman has been in the retail development business since 1997. He began his career at Regency Centers in their build to suit department. He then switched to the tenant side in a position at a former Ahold Subsidiary, BI-LO Supermarkets. At BI-LO, Gary handled all real estate site selection and development for stores in NC and upstate SC. Most recently, Gary was VP of Development with The Goodman Company in West Palm Beach, FL, responsible for identifying large scale shopping center development opportunities throughout the Southeast.

Gary went to the University of Florida for his undergraduate studies and received a B.S. in Finance 1996 and then went on to receive a M.S. in Real Estate from New York University in 2004.
