Julie Gardner serves as Vice President of Real Estate for the Southeast Region at Katz & Associates. Ms. Gardner assists our clients by identifying retail sites and land acquisition in the Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia markets. Ms. Gardner’s expertise lies in helping retailers with their strategic planning, site selection and lease negotiations. She works with some of the top retailers and restaurants in the southeast including Chico’s, Francesca’s, Red Robin, Texas Roadhouse, Destination Maternity, Bath & Body Works, Wolfgang Puck, Aspen Creek, Cato, DSW, Pet Supermarket, Retro Fitness, Saks OFF 5th, Shoe Carnival and Mattress Firm.
Ms. Gardner has been in real estate for over 18 years. Prior to joining Katz & Associates, she was a partner at the Shopping Center Group and most recently a broker with The Keith Corporation in Charlotte. Ms. Gardner is a licensed broker in Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Iowa. She earned her BA in Business Administration and Studio Art at Queens College, Charlotte, North Carolina. She is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers having participated in many Idea Exchange Program Committees, including Chairperson for the Next Generation Program.
