Julie Gardner serves as the Vice President for the Southeast Region at Katz & Associates. Ms. Gardner assists our clients in the North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia markets. Ms. Gardner’s expertise lies in helping retailers with their strategic planning, site selection and lease negotiations. She works with some of the top retailers and restaurants in the southeast including, Linens ‘N Things, Cost Plus World Market, Circuit City, Books-A-Million, Chico’s FAS, White House/Black Market, Loehmann’s, Wild Oats, Bombay, It’s A Grind, Shoe Carnival, Red Robin, Texas Roadhouse, Pea In The Pod, Motherhood Maternity, Wolfgang Puck and The Mattress Firm.

Ms. Gardner has been in real estate since 1992. Prior to joining Katz & Associates, she was a partner at the Shopping Center Group and most recently a broker with The Keith Corporation in Charlotte. Ms. Gardner is a licensed broker in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Georgia. She earned her BA in Business Administration and Studio Art at Queens College, Charlotte, North Carolina. She is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers having participated in many Idea Exchange Program Committees, including Chairperson for the Next Generation Program.
