David Emihovich serves as
Director of Real Estate, Southeast Region at
Katz & Associates. In this capacity David
works with several Katz clients in Florida including
Jos A. Bank, Bombay, Golf Galaxy, A.C. Moore,
The Children’s Place, Panera Bread, Gamestop/Moviestop,
Jamba Juice, Hair Cuttery, Mayor’s Jewelers
and Salonz Beauty Suites.
Prior to joining the Katz and Associates team,
Mr. Emihovich was a Leasing Associate with Continental
Real Estate Companies based out of Miami, FL.
In addition, he was involved with the strategic
planning for several regional and national retailers.
David was also responsible for the leasing of
two regional Wal-Mart anchored projects in Gainesville
and Orange Park, FL. Prior to joining Continental
Real Estate Companies, David was with GT Colliers
out of Roseville, CA. David was responsible
for the Weingarten Realty Portfolio of Northern
California with over 750,000 square feet of
space, and was also involved with the roll-out
and expansion of Coldstone Creamery, EB Games,
and Panera Bread for Northern and Central California.
Mr. Emihovich successfully completed the land
and feasibility study for several grocery anchored
shopping centers in the cities of Galt, Dixon,
and Vacaville, CA.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication
from The State University of New York at Buffalo,
real estate licenses in California and Florida,
and is an active member of the ICSC and Chairman
of the ICSC Next Generation Program, Palm Beach.
