Daniel Solomon serves as an Associate for the Southeast Region at Katz & Associates.  In this capacity, Daniel works with several national and local retailers to meet their real estate goals. Daniel also works leasing assignments for various national real estate owners and developers. His clients include Dollar General, Chick Fil-A, Hair Cuttery, Pet Supermarket, GameStop, IHOP, Verizon Wireless and others.

Prior to joining the Katz and Associates team, Daniel was a research analyst for Marcus & Millichap in Miami.  Additionally, he completed a commercial real estate internship with CB Richard Ellis in their Latin America & the Caribbean headquarters in Miami.  In this capacity, Daniel was involved in the underwriting of various commercial properties, market research, client development, marketing, and due diligence.

Daniel has a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida. Daniel graduated with Phi Beta Kappa honors from the University of Miami (FL) with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science.  Furthermore, he is a Florida-licensed Real Estate Sales Associate. Daniel has completed an official Argus training course and has made significant progress towards the CCIM designation.  He is also an active member of ICSC and ICSC Next Generation.
