Jeffrey Bruk serves as Katz & Associates' Director of RE, New England. His strong expertise in tenant representation coupled with skills in marketing and leasing fit perfectly with our expanding New England region

Prior to joining Katz, Mr. Bruk worked for Finard & Company, LLC as a Leasing Associate and Vice President of the Retail Team Division. During his tenure at Finard, Jeff developed and managed the Retail Tenant Division. He was responsible for leasing and marketing over 20 shopping centers. In addition, Jeff worked with a major life insurance company on the disposition of a foreclosed center and renegotiated many of its leases.

Mr. Bruk holds a B.A. degree in Arts and Sciences from Northeastern University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
