Brian Katz serves as Katz & Associates Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President for the Northeast Region. In this capacity, Mr. Katz is responsible for select clients’ real estate expansion and disposition. His expertise and extensive project development knowledge contribute to the demand of this high-growth major market.

Prior to joining Katz, Mr. Katz held the position of Project Manager with Forest City Ratner. As a member of the retail team, he participated in the development of 2.1 million square feet of retail space in the five boroughs of New York City. In addition, he participated in the management of 1 million square feet of operating properties.

Mr. Katz holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Pennsylvania State University.
