Amy Staats joined Katz & Associates in 2010 and brings five years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. Her clients include Joe's Crab Shack, Brick House Tavern and Tap, Lime Fresh and Save-A-Lot Food Stores.

She began her career in real estate in 2001 at Linens ‘n Things where she was responsible for market analysis. In February 2006, she left the retailer to become a sales associate with Robert K. Futterman and Associates where she focused on landlord representation. Ms. Staats has worked and completed deals with clients such as Joe’s Crab Shack, Bright Horizons Child Care, McDonalds and Starbucks and was part of the leasing efforts in the redevelopment of Wayne Towne Center. She received the Costar "Power Broker" award in 2007.

Staats received a certificate of completion from Fairleigh Dickinson University as a Paralegal in 2000, holds a salesperson license in the state of New Jersey and has been an active participant in ICSC since 2002.
